Architectural project of duplexes on the coast of the Black Sea
When we designed the duplexes in Sochi, we had a task to use the existing landscape and environment as efficiently and harmoniously as possible. The buildings are located in a hilly area surrounded by lush southern flora.
We have designed a house that is filled with the smell of the sea, birdsong and daily light through the rich panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. At the same time we managed to keep the feeling of privacy and retreat, to create for each future owner his own island of serenity and connection with nature.
