LUXURY HOUSE PROJECT
Architectural project of an elite club house in Krasnodar
An elite club house in the center of Krasnodar with its own chamber garden for its residents. It was important for the client to design a house whose apartments would be filled with natural light. The building itself had to look monumental and stately.
The noble and symmetrical silhouette of the house in the Stalin Empire style in combination with the white facade blended perfectly into the surrounding urban context and reflected the customer's wishes.
The apartments are bright and comfortable, with large window openings and balconies. On the top floor there are luxurious spacious penthouses with high ceilings and terraces.
