Landscape design of the territory of a residential complex in Moscow
We had a task to develop a project for the improvement of a large business-class residential complex. We created a unique two-level courtyard with a height difference of up to 3 meters. The courtyard is crossed by a large pedestrian bridge 90 meters long. In the central part of the courtyard there is an amphitheater, a large playground for children: a climbing wall, a waterfall slide, a sandbox-beach and mini-slides.
For work in the open air, an open space zone with outdoor offices was created, and for rest, quiet lounge zones with hammocks and beds were created.
All areas are framed by a large number of green spaces, large-sized trees, shrubs and flowerbeds with flowers. The project pays great attention to street lighting and small architectural forms.
